National Young Coaches Academy applications invited

Tuesday, 31-Jul-2012

England Basketball is looking to support the next generation of Young Coaches. On offer are 20 places for the most promising young coaches at the National Young Coaches Academy being held in conjunction with the Youth Sport Trust.

England Basketball was pleased to be involved in the inaugural National Young Coaches Academy in February 2012 and have been invited to select the 20 most promising young coaches to attend the academy in 2013.

What is the National Young Coaches Academy?
The National Young Coaches Academy is a professional development experience and therefore centres on guided learning through some action-packed, fun sessions. On some occasions these sessions will take you out of your comfort zone and challenge you but in a safe and supported environment. Over the course of the weekend, you will have the opportunity to learn from each other and from coaches who have achieved great things in sport.
