School to Club Links provide a very important part of the process of increasing the number of young people regularly taking part in sport, as they enable young athletes to continue in sporting activities outside of school hours.

 

They are a formal agreement between a School and a Club that details the obligations of both parties, and look to make basketball a sustainable element of the curriculum. The agreement is designed to allow targets to be set to increase the numbers of coaches and officials and provide exit routes to clubs for children looking to develop their basketball skills.
