National Competitions Licence
This is the form individuals use to apply for a National League (EBL) Licence.
This should not be submitted to England Basketball. This form should be completed and given to the team secretary who will then licence the participant with England Basketball via the Online Registration System.

This is an outline of National Competition Licence fees.
Basic Player Agreement (Contract)
This is a general template of a player contract that clubs are encouraged to use.
This should not be used for any Non-National Players/Coaches who require a Governing Body Endorsement. Please contact the National Leagues Department for the contract which should be used when employing a player using the Governing Body Endorsement system.

EBL Standards
The EBL Standards is a document of recommended standards that EBL teams should aim to meet whilst competing in the national leagues. These standards cover all our competitions from the senior leagues to the U13 leagues. These should be used as a guide to raising the standards of the game and clubs.
Application for Fixture Change
Should any EBL team wish to postpone or reschedule a fixture from the published final schedules, then this is the form to use. (Any fixture change must have the full agreement of your opposition).
Player Transfer
This form should be completed when a player wishes to transfer from one club/team to another. Once a player is registered to play for an EBL club they cannot register for another EBL club without completing the transfer form and having the transfer authorised by England Basketball.
